Andrew DeVoe Blog #11

1. Kaizen is synonymous with iteration. It constantly re-evaluates and calls for yet more critiques and re-designs. This directly relates to the theme #5: A good design is re-design. Once you finish a design, the next step is to take what you've made, and to find all your mistakes and re-evolve the whole thing all over again.

2. Our group is doing the lines project, and we decided to observe a line at a crowded restaurant to see how people will react when there are no sanctions to the lines.

3. We decided that we needed to get an idea of how people feel when they are in line and it's completely unorganized, as well as what they're expectations as to how long they have to wait once they stand in the line.
