Hello! My name's Andrew DeVoe, and I'm a junior here at IU. At the moment I'm an Informatics Major with a Music cognate, going for a music minor as well. Something interesting about me, I play guitar religiously, and the picture I uploaded of myself was taken during my trip to Egypt in the summer of 2008 (where I incidentally got a little too much sun!). I have many passions, music being the most important. My favorite band of all time would be the one and only Van Halen (when the best frontman ever known to humankind was with them: David Lee Roth [forget Sammy]).

Honestly I'm not too worried about this class all that much, I have always been interested in HCI so I'm looking forward to what we cover. A new idea I came up with from class was to picture everyday things that we use on a regular basis, and to see the way they were designed and intended to be used.
