Blog Assignment #3

Last time I chose to use Google.com as my reference site. I believe that shadowing would be the most beneficial technique that could be used in order to improve this site because it takes a handful of users and has them interact as they normally would with it. In this way, the designers could get a better understanding of how people use it, and because one person could technically use google.com in a different way than another, it would be beneficial to see all the different things its used for and then could be adapted to better fit a broader range of users.
